Lifetime Achievement Nomination in Edublog Awards 2011

Nominated for this award by Tamas Lorincz – some people teased me because of the innuendo of “lifetime achievement” – like, my professional life is over and time to get the gold watch and the handshake.

Happy to report I am still very active, my professional life is not over, and that someone else won it – whose professional life is not over either 🙂

 

 

 

Best Grammar Blog 2011 Nomination by Grammar.net for 2011 

I didn’t get voted as best grammar blog, which does not surprise me at all! This blog is not a grammar blog by any stretch of anyone’s imagination.

Anyway, I think there is some mistake that I got this particular award because I wasn’t nominated in this category at all. But I am not giving it back 🙂

I was especially happy with this, well not exactly a nomination, but an honourable mention, by We Magazine for Women because it was again a nomination by fellow bloggers and this blog appeared in a really fantastic blog list of women bloggers from all paths of life and professions,
